8月下旬、北海道大学医学部の学生、金田侑大さんがインターンシップ生として池田研究室を訪問されました。
金田さんは将来HIVに関する研究に対して興味を持っていらっしゃることから、今回の滞在となりました。約10日間、Nasser先生の指導の下、HIVシュードウイルスの感染性の測定やHIVタンパク質の検出などを経験され、新しい発見も色々あったようです。
とても有意義な時間を過ごされ、機会があればまた訪問したいと言われていました。一緒に研究ができる日が来れば素晴らしいなと思っています。
Later in August, Yudai Kaneda, from the School of Medicine of Hokkaido University visited our lab as an intern because he is interested in HIV research.
He tried some experiments such as measuring HIV-1 pseudovirus infectivity and detecting HIV-1 proteins under the guidance of Dr. Nasser. He had fun in the lab.
He said he had a wonderful time with us here and would like to visit the lab again. We hope we work together someday.
